Our Charcuterie Mobile Bar Story

Our in house Chef Delvin Williams is a true son of the South. His style savors all the flavors and southern hospitality with a healthy fresh twist - we call it Southern fresh fusion. After learning about a diabetes diagnosis, and desiring to change his status, Delvin went to culinary school at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. Learning how to cook dishes from around the world and utilizing different foods and spices that enhance flavor and health benefits. From a simple truth that comfort food can nourish the both the soul and the body, today, Delvin blends those two worlds into dishes that honor tradition while embracing a balance of healthy eating.

And at the heart of this all, Delvin says is his daughter. A creatively and gifted child whose love for art and cooking inspires every dish he serves. "I am building the charcuterie Mobile Bar for the future - so one day, if she chooses, she can carry on a legacy rooted in flavor, family, and fresh imagination that can support our community's health."
