My name is Dynesha Henderson, and I’ve been a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor in practice since 2009. Throughout my career, I have worked with countless individuals, couples and families to understand the presenting problems they are faced with, and offer science backed solutions to help move forward. As a professional with both clinical expertise and a strong business background, my focus has always been on providing accessible, practical mental health resources that can be seamlessly integrated into daily life.

As a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, it’s these personal roles that fuel my dedication to this mission of helping our community thrive. This is the heart of our approach—supporting you as you grow, heal, and thrive, helps the community that surrounds you as well.
